A dynamic 2 hours program at Parc Kinnekswiss. Art activities are alternated with movement (logic & attention games) and mindfulness practices (5 senses, breathing, etc) every 20-30 minutes.

About the event
This time our principal creative activity is creating a self-portrait with fragments of colored papers and other decorative elements. This activity boosts creativity and self-perception of a child, and using different kinds of small elements develops fine motor skills. We will make accent on making this process as mindful as possible, pausing to breath and notice how the kids feel at the moment. Every 20-30 minutes or sooner, based on the involvement of the group, we will introduce active pauses with dynamic games and movement.
